So far, Kumo-z is a space to show some of Gustavo R. Rugeles G.´s formal works for clients and experimental projects. He is a visual artist proficient in drawing, with knowledge in painting, illustration, photography and motion graphics. He has been attracted to the elements of image construction, consequently, drawing had became his primary language and discipline that he uses to explore the possibilities to define an idea or concept. As a drawer he experience with different graphic techniques such as etching, mezzotint, xylography and experimental. Currently he resides in Beijing-China developing a project about interaction between drawing and painting called ¨Desintegrations ¨ that combines fluid charcoal lines with strong acrylics gesture strokes on canvas which focuses in the study of the anatomy of characters. Co-founder of Zircons, an audiovisual arts collective. Currently they are working on a experimental sequential art project called ¨Perro Tureco¨.

Kumo- z es Gustavo R. Rugeles G. Actualmente, Kumo-z es el nombre de un proyecto que abre un espacio para mostrar algunos de los trabajos formales para clientes y proyectos experimentales de Gustavo R. Rugeles G. Artista visual especializado en dibujo, con conocimientos en pintura, ilustración, fotografía y gráficos en movimiento. Se ha mantenido atraído por los elementos que operan en la construcción de la imagen, consecuentemene, el dibujo se ha convertido en la disciplina y lenguaje prinicpal que utiliza para explorar las posibilidades para definir una idea o concepto. Como dibujante , ha tenido experiencia con diferentes técnicas gráficas , ya sean agua fuerte, mezzotinta, xilografía y grabado experimental. En la actualidad reside en Beijing-China, desarrollando un proyecto acerca de la interacción dibujo -pintura, llamado ¨ Desintegraciones ¨ en donde combina líneas fluídas de carboncillo con trazos gestuales de acrílico sobre tela cuya temática gira entorno a la anatomía de personajes. Cofundador del colectivo de arte audivisual Zircons, en donde realiza un proyecto de artes secuenciales experimental llamado ¨Perro Tureco ¨.
